Commercial Account Executive


Our client is a well-established Insurance broker that requires an experienced Insurance professional to add to their ever growing and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure New Business/Renewal targets are achieved
  • At all times to follow good practice in ensuring the client’s best interests are served
  • Implement Company’s Compliance and office procedures including New Business Development and Renewal Procedures document
  • Follow up on Pipeline activity and or renewal lists to ensure all business opportunities are explored and followed through
  • Ensure knowledge is up-to-date with market practice and product availability, giving feedback to Management in relation to market issues, including pricing, service levels and product development
  • Inspire client loyalty through efficient and friendly service delivery
  • Ensure all accounts are collected in a timely manner
  • Where required, work with other teams within the Group to facilitate training, product development and to promote operational efficiencies
  • Point of reference for Administration Executives and Claims staff
  • Attend client visits with Client Relationship Managers as required
  • Assist with projects as required
  • Work closely with our accounts department to ensure all service levels are met.
  • Adhere to the CPC
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policy
  • Ensure that a full suite of client accounts is maintained in line with agree service levels


  • Ideally 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a Commercial Environment Minimum APA Commercial or Grandfathered in Commercial Lines, progressing towards CIP
  • Excellent IT skills
