Due to continuous growth we are currently recruiting for a Financial Sales Advisor to join our team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify customers’ needs and objectives
• Be extremely well organised and capable of influencing others
• Driven to achieve sales targets while delivering high standards of professionalism and advice while working in a pressurised environment to strict deadlines
• Motivated to prospect for new clients
• Good IT knowledge

Key Requirements:

• Ideally QFA qualified or a demonstrable commitment to becoming QFA qualified
• A full driver’s licence

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on life insurance, pensions and general insurance products

• Client servicing

• Networking

• Developing and managing a pipeline of new business

• Develop of existing business

• Setting and arranging appointments to meet prospect clients

• Reaching and achieving set sales targets

• Dealing with client queries and requirements in a timely manner

• Maintaining confidentiality
