Title: Personal Lines – Client Services
Role: Dealing with private motor, commercial motor, household and travel insurance.
Daily Activity list will include the following:
- Retention and renewal of existing policies
- Mid-term adjustments
- Handling new business enquiries
- Adhering to legislative and regulatory compliance standard by following agreed company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Ability to work on own initiative in a busy working environment
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of our core products and services.
- Ideally have at least 1 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate an ability to interact with clients over the phone and Face to face in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
- Have a good knowledge of Account Handling & Settlement Procedures
Qualifications:
- Working towards APA (Personal General Insurance ) qualification
- Experience in Relay (software) would be an advantage but not a requirement
- Must satisfy the fitness & probity standards of the central bank
